Armed Forces reservists - events registration

NHS Employers Armed Forces reservists team hosts regular networking sessions, forums and events to provide support for those managing and championing Armed Forces reservists working in the NHS.

Register your details to receive updates and invitations to our full schedule of events, including our popular Community Connect sessions which take place bi-monthly, online.

Data protection

All information supplied will be held by the NHS Confederation and may be stored on our internal contact management system. Information submitted will be processed via Jotform on behalf of the NHS Confederation and shared within the NHS Confederation for the purposes of contacting you. It will not be shared with any other third parties.

Use of Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams to run online events. As such, by joining these events your name and email address may be visible to other attendees. This is a functionality of Microsoft Teams that we cannot alter. By signing up to online events you are consenting for your data to be visible in this way. Please note, during the event you may be able to turn off your camera and alter your name.

Armed Forces online events may be recorded for the purpose of reviewing the content and discussions held. The recording will not be shared and will be deleted after 30 days. You may turn off your camera if you do not wish to be recorded but your name and anything you say may be captured.
