With chemical services, there are risks involved. Some factors that may affect how you hair responds to coloring or chemicals are as follows: genetics, medications, hormones, previous chemical services whether from a box or salon, well water, hard water, copper pipes, at home hair products, mechanical damage. Over time minerals from water deposit onto the hair and can cause unpredictable color results, even chemical reactions to salon bleach or color. I require all new clients to have a clarifying treatment done before any color service to remove buildup from minerals and products that may interfere with chemical services.

Due to the above factors, I never guarantee immediate results for hair inspiration/goals. I will always put the integrity of your hair first no matter what. Please be advised that it may take more than one or even multiple appointments to achieve your hair goals safely.

Salon quality color requires salon quality at home hair care. I do not guarantee the longevity of my color services unless you are maintaining your color with professional products at home. Pantene, Tresseme, Aussie or anything “drug store” grade will strip your color and is not recommended to use on salon hair color. Please protect your investment with salon professional hair care. I will be happy to recommend you products!

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the form. I will contact you soon. Please note that I do require an in person consultation in most cases so that I can see your hair in person. This consultation must be done at-least 24 hours before your color appointment. I do not schedule the consultation and the color service on the same day. Having a consultation first helps me understand your hair better and allows me to be fully prepared the day of your color appointment. I promise it’s not to inconvenience you at all it’s so that I can deliver the best possible results for you hair. This is non negotiable, if you don’t want to come in for a free consultation prior to your appointment then I am not the stylist for you.
