    I have reviewed the safety policy, procedures and guidelines of the OEDK. I am aware that the OEDK may be a dangerous place and that safety responsibilities falls on me along with the OEDK staff and faculty. I agree to follow all safety policies and procedures as posted on the OEDK website, as well as on signs throughout the OEDK or stated by an OEDK staff or faculty member.

    When bringing guests to the OEDK, it is my responsibility to ensure that the guests are following the OEDK safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
