IMPORTANT: Please note that instructors will be contacting the student directly during class and strictly for class purposes.
I authorize my youngster and the AAHP teaching staff to interact through the free phone app Slack, used by workspaces everywhere, and using the AAHP’s own Slack channel. With this app, personal and private information, such as last names and phone numbers, are not disclosed by any party to any party. I understand that my youngster and AAHP teachers will share verbal and written instructions and commentary, and project photos during class. I understand that the AAHP Director also has access to all exchanges between my youngster and the AAHP instructors, as an additional measure to ensure safety, privacy, and strong teaching and learning centered on my youngster’s unique projects. (The AAHP Director will send parents the Slack portal to the AAHP prior to the first class).*

Allergens Alert

Be aware that certain art materials that you may purchase to use at home, or received from the studio, may contain common allergens. These include, but are not limited to:
- Liquid and solid latex
- Dust and/or fumes from certain media
- Other irritants to eyes, nose, skin, etc.
We strongly advise that you purchase art materials and other gear that are rated by the manufacturer and other third parties for safety in household use by age-appropriate users; we urge you to follow the manufacturer's handling and storage instructions. The AAHP and its representatives are not responsibile for these matters, or their consequences.
If the practitioner does indeed have any known allergies that instructors should know of, especially but not limited to latex, kindly disclose them here.
If the practitioner has any other medical concerns that the AAHP teaching staff should be alerted to, kindly list them here.

Rates and Billing

Monthly Subscription Rates per Student per Weekly Class

All subscriptions start on the 1st of the month.

To activate your monthly subscription, you will choose your preferred class slot(s) at checkout.

At that time, you will only be charged a one-time $3.00 registration fee per class slot. Your monthly subscription fee will be charged on the last day of each month, until your subscription has been cancelled.

The legal guardian can cancel the young practitioner’s subscription at any time; please note that projects may be unfinished when you choose to cancel.
Tuition (2 hrs class weekly)

$280.00/month

Student Referral Bonus - Refer a friend to join Big Blue Sky Creatives studio for tweens and teens, and receive a free bonus class for each friend who registers and attends at least four classes!
Tween & Teen Studio Class Slots

You may choose either a single, 2-hour class slot per week, or split it up into two separate, 1-hour class slots per week. You can change your slot(s) anytime; your new choices are subject to availability.

Very Important!

In order to complete this Registration Form and subscribe your youngster to BBSC, you must continue to checkout, and fill out your class selection and billing information. This will also prompt you to create a login and password, giving you access to your account and the ability to cancel your subscription anytime.

Failure to complete checkout will lead to delays in your youngster’s subscription being processed, and may require you to restart the subscription process altogether.

You will not be charged tuition immediately upon completing this form. You will only be charged a one-time $3.00 processing fee to open your account. Tuition is charged at the end of the current month, and in advance for the coming month.
