As a Family of Electrical Contractors, national in nature but local in service, we take great pride in our work and our people. We will sometimes share pictures and videos displaying the fantastic efforts of our team members. Signing this form is optional. Signing allows IES Electrical, Next Electric, and Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical to share the stories our teams helped us create.
I hereby give IES Commercial, Inc. and its affiliates and assigns (“IES”) permission to use my first/last name, my likeness/image, my voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, collectively “Materials,” taken or made on behalf of IES. I agree that IES has complete ownership of the Materials including any copyright and may use the Materials for any purpose including commercial use. These uses may include but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibits, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any other promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including print publications, social media sites, and other online sites.
