Counselor (must be 18): Impact our summer campers with a life-changing experience. Work at main campus or wilderness camp.Program Team: Helping set up, run, and tear down activities and creating fun!Assistant Health Officer: Work under the direction of our Health Officer in keeping campers healthy.Assistant Cook (must be 16): Coordinate with the camp cook to run an orderly camp kitchen and prepare amazing mealsHousekeeping Team Leader (prefer to be 18): Oversee and lead support staff members in keeping the camp clean. Assist with other needs as they arise.Maintenance Team: Serve in the area of maintenance support staff each day for the entire summer.Food Service Team: Serve in the area of food service support staff each day for the entire summer.Housekeeping Team: Serve in the area of housekeeping support staff each day for the entire summer.Support Staff (Inside/Outside): Cleaning and other tasks including, but not limited to, grounds maintenance, trash collection and removal, maintenance of waterfront, developmental projects, meal preparation and serving.Retail Supervisor (must be 16): Manage and Run our snack shack and gift store.

One of the strengths of the ministry at Lincoln Lake is staff continuity. Lincoln Lake desires that applicants make a commitment to work at camp for each week of the summer camp season (from the beginning of June through the 2nd week of August). Any time off MUST be included below for approval.
