MRT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)

If you experience an issue with MRT tires, it may be covered or partially covered under our tire-replacement limited warranty (CIP) Program. The program is designed to analyze side wall punctures to help MRT improve tire strength.

Here is how the program works:

1. Fill out CIP Program Form 
2. Send picture of the tire DOT serial # as seen in photo above right
3. If covered: MRT will provide a Job Number and shipping information to return the tire for analysis.
4. MRT will provide your tire replacement status within 1 week of receipt.

MRT Replacement Limited Warranty covers all MRT and MRT RACE SERIES.

A tire covered by this limited warranty will be replaced with a comparable new tire either free of charge or for a prorated amount, with eligibility based on set tread wear and time limitations. Exclusions apply.
