Please complete this form once 7 requirements are fulfilled, each girl in your Service Unit (SU) will be invited to complete a Journey through Zoom at no cost during the summer of 2023. We will have 1 offering per age level.

Submissions are due by June 1, 2023

SU has at least 1 NEW Daisy or Brownie troop with at least 8 girls and 2 adults (can be counted more than once if numerous new troops are started—i.e., 2 new troops will count as 2 completed activities)
All active Daisy and Brownie troops in SU have at least 8 girls
Hold a back-to-school table at all elementary school open houses in SU area
Please list every Open House attended if completed
Host a fall “All Fun, No Filter” event that is advertised to the public via school flyers and one other method (i.e., social media community group post, online community calendar post, or Eventbrite event), choose from a list of themed events such as Slime Party or S’mores Party
Please list how the event was shared
Met the SU NEW girl goal by May 31, 2023
Reach 100% of the SU girl membership goal by May 31, 2023
