DAMAGE FEE WAIVER/PAYMENT AGREEMENT: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my service is not confirmed until the full payment is received by Bubbles & Brews Rental Service. Payment is paid ONLY via VENMO OR CHECK at this time. Once I "submit" this form, I will be responsible to send my payment. I also understand that I will be responsible of paying a damage fee up to $250 for any damage of the rental. Should the full payment not be paid, the services will not be provided. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Bubbles & Brews Rental Service as stated.

TRAVEL FEE AGREEMENT: If your event location is 25+miles outside of the Ann Arbor, Michigan area, Bubbles & Brews will charge a $25 delivery fee. I hereby accept and understand that Bubbles & Brews Rental Service will charge a one time $25 delivery fee if my location is 25+miles outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. You need to include this fee with your final payment. If you do not include this fee within your payment, you will be charged this Travel Fee and it must be paid before the date of your rental.

OVERNIGHT FEE AGREEMENT: If your event goes beyond 11pm, Bubbles & Brews will charge a $50 overnight fee. I hereby accept and understand that Bubbles & Brews Rental Service will charge a one time $50 overnight fee if my event time goes past 11pm. I will be responsible for covering the rentals if the event is outside and weather could be an issue. Pickup will be scheduled for the following morning. This fee does not apply if there is a separate arrangement for early drop off or late pickup between you and Bubbles & Brews. If this fee does apply to your booking, you need to include this fee with your final payment. If you do not include this fee within your payment, you will be charged this Travel Fee and it must be paid before the date of your rental.
