Our planning fee begins at $250 per destination (non-refundable), for leisure trips lasting no more than 10 days with a maximum of 6 travelers. This fee covers: destination research, consulting, air bookings, accomodations, touring, transfer services, event bookings, all of the reconfirmations as required and support throughout the trip.
Please inquire if your trip exceeds these parameters as the planning fee is implemented based on the scope of work involved in the trip. Destination wedding and affinity group travel will incur planning fees that will be quoted after the first consultation with the client.
