After filling the application, you will be required to submit a $300 non refundable waitlist fee. Once I have received your application and waitlist fee, you will be contacted for a phone interview

For whatever reason your application has been denied you will be refunded your waitlist fee.

Once your application is approved, you will be added to the waitlist which goes in order by fee's submitted.

When pregnancy is confirmed I will contact those on the list. You will have 48 hours to submit the non refundable $200 reservation fee . If I do not receive the fee within 48 hours, I will be going to the next person in line.

Remaining balance is due during pick up. Final cost - deposit
