  • Terms and Conditions for Shadow Mastery Coaching

    Congratulations on taking this step toward deep personal transformation. We sincerely appreciate your trust in Tribr to guide you through this journey. By enrolling in our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


    1. Coaching Services
    During the agreed-upon term, in consideration of the Client paying the upfront or installment fees, Tribr agrees to provide the Client with coaching services as outlined in the program.

    2. Fees and Payment Terms
    2.1. Coaching fees must be paid upfront or in agreed-upon installments in advance.

    2.2. Payments will be processed through Stripe via direct debit. The Client must complete the necessary authorization for this payment method.

    2.3. If a credit card is used, Stripe may apply transaction fees:

    Visa/Mastercard: 4.95% (ex. GST)
    AMEX: 5.25% (ex. GST)
    Bank account transactions: $1.95 (ex. GST)
    2.4. The Client agrees to an initial 3-month commitment, paying either:

    One upfront fee for the entire 3 months, or
    Installment payments covering the first 3 months.
    2.5. The first installment must be received before services commence.

    2.6. Missed Payments & Fees:

    If an installment payment fails, services will be immediately suspended until all outstanding fees are paid.
    Stripe may charge a $14.95 dishonor fee for each missed payment.
    The Client agrees to indemnify Tribr for any costs incurred in recovering outstanding payments, including legal and mercantile fees.
    2.7. Refund Policy:

    Once a payment (installment or deposit) has been made, it is non-refundable.

    3. Commitment and Cancellation
    3.1. Initial Term Commitment: The Client agrees not to suspend or terminate their coaching for the first 3 months (initial term).

    3.2. Holidays & Leave:

    Coaching cannot be paused for holidays or other absences.
    3.3. Cancellation After Initial Term:

    After the first 3 months, the Client may choose to discontinue services.



    Disclaimer:

    The services to be provided by the Coach are designed jointly between Coach and Client based on the Client’s expressed interests, goals and objectives. The Coach employs assessments, discussions, questions and practices to assist Client in reaching Client’s objectives.

     

    Coaching

    Coaching is designed to address objectives the Client would like to consider which could include personal objectives (but are not limited to: relationship enhancement, lifestyle management, decision making, spiritual growth, career development, life balance and achieving short or long term goals) and/or leadership and organisational development.

    The Client acknowledges that deciding how to handle these objectives and incorporating Coaching into those areas as well as implementing choices is exclusively Client’s responsibility.

    Coaching is for people who are healthy, well adjusted, emotionally steady, effectively functioning and wanting to make changes in their lives or more intentionally focus on a challenge or objective.

     

    Coaching is most effective when both parties are candid, open, honest and straightforward in their communication.

     

    Coaching success depends largely on the Client’s willingness to be open-minded, redefine, experiment, try new approaches and take an active participation in the change process. A four-week programme has been agreed as a minimum, in service of the Client gaining maximum benefit to ground the work.


    Relationship

    The Client is here informed and understands that the Coaching relationship is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or any type of therapy; nor is it a substitute for these services. In the event the Client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional who can provide these services.

    If the Client is or has experienced suicidal thoughts or is on state altering prescribed medication, it is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Coach before engaging in Coaching. If the Client begins to experience suicidal thoughts or begins taking state altering prescribed medication during the coaching process, it is their responsibility to let the Coach know.

     

    If the Coach believes that such services will be valuable to the Client, the Coach will recommend them. It is the responsibility of the Client, if currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, to consult with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a Coach and to make such person aware of decision to proceed with the Coaching relationship.

     

    The Client understands that the Coaching relationship is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. The Client is responsible for seeking independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. Client understands and acknowledges that all decisions in these areas are exclusively the Client’s and that any decisions and actions regarding them are the sole responsibility of the Client.

     

    Wavier

    Client acknowledges and agrees that in the course of the services, Coach may ask Client questions that maybe personal, challenging, confronting. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is fully responsible for physical, mental and emotional well-being during Coaching sessions and is fully responsible for any actions, choices and decisions made as a result of Coaching.

     

    Client waives and releases any claims arising or resulting from Coach’s questions, suggestions and advice and from actions, choices and decisions made by the Client. The waiver does not apply to conduct or actions outside the scope of the Coaching services.

     

    Mutual Nondisclosure

     The Coach and Client mutually recognise that they may discuss future plans, business affairs, job information, finances, goals and personal information and other private information. The Coach will not communicate the Client’s information to any third party. In order to honour and protect the Coach’s intellectual property, the Client likewise agrees not to disclose or communicate information about the Coach’s practice, other members personal information, materials or methods to any third parties.

     

    Exceptions

    Exceptions where the Coach may make a disclosure include:

    · If the Client shares information that gives the Coach reasonable cause to believe there are threats of serious harm to the Client themselves, or others.

    · If the Coach’s records by law require disclosure.

    · Some means of communication, such as wireless telephones and emails may not be secure from eavesdropping, so if you agree to their use you are indicating your agreement to utilise a communication medium that may not be confidential.

    · To prevent the Client from committing a criminal or fraudulent act to mitigate or rectify such conduct.

    · To secure legal advice about the Coach’s compliance with this agreement.

    Dispute resolution

    Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach of this agreement, shall be settled by a third party who shall be mutually agreed on and the cost of this shall be shared between both parties.

    By you engaging in our services you agree to these terms as soon as you start your first Debit.
