  • Tardy policy
    If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without my approval, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. This only applies if you are tardy and does not apply if I myself for any reason am running behind. In the event that you are running late, please do not hesitate to notify me in advance.

    Cancellation policy
    All cancellations/rescheduling requires a notice of 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

    No-Show policy
    If you no-show to your appointment, you will forfeit any deposit(s) collected for that appointment or will be charged 100% cost of service(s). If this becomes a regular occurrence, you will be required to pay 100% of cost of service(s) upfront prior to booking your appointment.

    How does the deposit collections work?
    Deposits are non-refundable and are collected via Credit Card/Venmo/Ca$happ/Zelle. Deposits are used towards the total cost of your service(s). Deposits are forfeited if you violate any of the tardy/cancellation/no-show policies. In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment (at my approval), any deposit(s) collected upfront will carry over one rescheduled appointment. If a deposit was not collected upfront, your card will be charged 50% cost of service(s), and will be applied towards your future rescheduled appointment.

    Deposits that are collected via:


    Credit Card - Credit card information are collected via Square and stored in your contact file for future appointments. Your card does not get charged unless the cancellation policy has been violated. Nothing will be collected at the time of making your appointment however because a deposit is not collected upfront at the time of booking your appointment, you will be charged 100% cost of service(s) for any violations to any Tardy/Cancellation/No-Show policies. For verification purposes, a $1 temporary hold may be seen but will not processed at the time of making your appointment. A completed authorization form (www.merakibeautymn.com/forms) is required for this form of deposit. You will be required to complete this form once unless your credit card information requires any changes and/or expires.

     

    Venmo/Ca$happ/Zelle - You will be required to send me your deposit 50% of cost of service(s) upfront at the time of making your appointment. These deposits are applied towards the cost of your service(s). These forms of deposit are forfeited with any Tardy/Cancellation/No-Show policy violation, and no-shows.
