  • At Salon De Colourez (SDC), I strive to provide you with the best possible experience during your appointment. To ensure that I can do this, I have some important policies that I kindly ask you to read and sign. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies.


    My services come with a 5-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results I achieved, and it is different from what we agreed on during the consultation, please send me an email at ashduzzhair@gmail.com. I will do my best to address your concerns.


    During your appointment, I may take photographs and videos that I may use for social media, websites, and other content that I create. I kindly request your permission to do so.


    Late cancellations and alterations can be challenging to manage, which is why I kindly ask you to cancel or change your appointment 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid late cancellation fees. You can cancel via the first appointment confirmation text through gloss genius or email at ashduzzhair@gmail.com. Please do not cancel through social media or by text.


    If you need to change your date, time, or appointment, please send me an email, or you may adjust the services on my booking site at https://ashleyramirez.glossgenius.com. Late cancellations or alterations will result in a 100% appointment fee for the scheduled services for that day.


    Tardiness of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling due to lateness and will result in a 100% late fee. No show, no call will result in a late cancellation fee for booked appointments. I kindly ask that you take care of any late fees or no-show fees before making a new appointment at Salon De Colourez.


    I understand that unpredictable situations may arise, and I appreciate your planning ahead if you need to change appointments to avoid any booking fees. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these policies.
