TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DESIGN PROCESS & DEPOSIT

Our custom jewelry design process begins with an initial consultation. During this phase, you'll share your story for the unique piece you'd like to create. We'll work closely together, engaging in 1-2 rounds of design ideas, preliminary sketches, and selecting the perfect stones. Once the design idea and preliminary sketch is approved, a 50% nonrefundable deposit, based on the estimated cost of your custom jewelry, is required to proceed. With this payment, you'll gain access to view the final CAD drawing, minor changes or tweaks can be made if required. upon your approval, we'll commence production. Any additional design revisions beyond this stage will incur extra charges. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon the completion of your piece, after which we will promptly arrange for shipping. Please note that all custom design concepts and sketches created by our designer remain the intellectual property of Donna Hourani Jewelry and may not be reproduced by you or any third party.

TIMELINE

Our goal is to make your custom jewelry journey swift and enjoyable. The design phase typically spans 1-3 days from the moment we initiate contact with you. Once the design is finalized and the deposit received, Donna Hourani Jewelry commits to crafting your piece with great care. We anticipate a production timeframe of 10 -14 working days from the date of your deposit. However, during peak seasons or when we experience a high volume of orders in our workshop, this timeframe may extend to 3 weeks.

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the client’s responsibility and are not controlled or covered by Donna Hourani Jewelry FZE. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or clearance procedures. All shipments must be declared in accordance with applicable customs regulations.

RETURNS

Custom-designed pieces are crafted with utmost precision and personalization to your specifications. As such, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and any changes must be settled before the piece's completion.

REPAIRS

Donna Hourani Jewelry stands by the quality of our custom pieces. If any manufacturer defects are identified within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. It's important to note that normal wear and tear or damage caused by customer abuse are not covered by our company.

RESIZING

Ensuring a perfect fit for your jewelry is essential. We kindly request customers to provide accurate ring sizes prior to production. Resizing is available on a case-by-case basis and the fee varies based on the specific requirements of the adjustment. Please be aware that certain pieces, such as eternity bands, intricate settings, or those featuring specific gemstones, cannot be resized. We appreciate your patience, as resizing typically takes 5-7 days to complete.
