Attendee agrees not to disclose information from any company with which he or she may be employed or affiliated, that may reasonably be deemed private, confidential, or sensitive, including but, not limited to customer lists, pricing, product or service information, and otherwise. Attendee authorizes CFO Intelligence to provide Attendee's contact information to other attendees at the event, including CFOs, other finance executives, and Intell Partners (Underwriting Partners) participating in the event. Attendee agrees to keep confidential any contact information of other attendees provided to Attendee by CFO Intelligence, unless such information is already in the public domain, and agrees not to distribute lists or contact information provided by CFO Intelligence to anyone not in attendance at the event, without first receiving the express written permission of CFO Intelligence and / or any attendee, which permission may not be provided.

    Cancellation Policy:  Members, non-members, and invited guests may attend CFO Intelligence events at no cost to themselves or their companies.  Non-members and invited guests who cancel less than 72 hours before an event and those who do not cancel but, don’t attend, will be required to reimburse CFO Intelligence for $295.00 (“Cancellation Fee”), which represents a portion of the event costs applicable to each attendee.  Members are not required to pay a Cancellation Fee, but advanced notice of cancellation by Members is kindly requested.

    Precautions: Attendee shall take all appropriate precautions to safeguard against contracting or transmitting any disease, illness, virus, or otherwise, of any kind, including without limitation COVID-19, its variants, and otherwise.
