• Park Host Reservation Request Form

    This form is to be used by Park Hosts who wish to make an overnight reservation in an Oregon State Park as park using their Special Access Pass.
  • The Park Host Special Access Pass waives the following fees:

    1. Camping and reservation fees for a maximum of one night when traveling to or from an OPRD host assignment and home.
    2. A maximum of two nights (no more than one night at the same park) when traveling between OPRD host assignments.
    3. Day-Use fees at Oregon State Parks.

    This form may be used for requesting reservations for points 1 & 2 above.

  • Park Host Information

    Complete all fields below, as this information is used to confirm your eligibility to make a fee-waived reservation related to your volunteer service.
  • Reservation Request Information: Date

    Reservations for park hosts using the Special Access Pass should be made in advance, with as much notice as possible. Reservations are made for publicly available campground sites, as as such are competitive.
  • Reservations are accepted up six months in advance. It will take Oreggon Parks and Recreation Department Staff a 1-2 weeks to process your reservation.

  • Reservation Request Information: Location

    Due to the competitive nature of Oregon State Park camping reservations, please select multiple parks where you would be willing to stay overnight to support your travel.
  • To identify potential Oregon State Parks where you may want to camp and utilize your Special Access Pass, use the "Find a Park;' page online here: https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index.cfm?do=visit.find

  • Reservation Request Information: RV

    Please share information about your RV and the types of sites you are willing to stay in for your special access pass reservation.
  • Some campgrounds allow extra vehicles at each campsite. Some allow extra vehicle parking only in overflow areas. Check with campground staff before you park an extra vehicle at your site—a $7 extra vehicle fee for campers may apply . What's an extra vehicle? In addition to the car or RV you drive into the park, you may tow one additional car or truck at no charge. If you drive an additional vehicle, the $7 fee kicks in.
