NIA's Read Out Loud Campaign Sponsorship Form

February 1 - March 2, 2023

NIA’s Read Out Loud Campaign will raise funds to strengthen our literacy programs in over 45 New York City public schools and impact over 5,000 students. We focus on closing the learning gap for struggling readers through after-school programming that inspires a love of reading while building vocabulary, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Throughout this campaign, we will host a series of virtual and in-person author visits and book giveaways for our students - all designed to inspire joy and spark excitement around reading.

Your sponsorship will give students access to great books and help ensure we can continue to provide these extra hours of reading time that are key to student success!

BOOK BUDDY - $2,500:

• Company logo on event sponsor banner displayed outside of participating schools (digital banners will be created to promote sponsors for virtual events)
• Mention in NIA’s monthly e-newsletter (distributed to an audience of 15,000+)
• Acknowledgement as a sponsor on all event flyers and event social media posts
• Acknowledgement as an event sponsor on the Read Out Loud campaign website and NIA's website 
• Bookmarks with your company logo and acknowledgement from NIA placed in 250 books given away during a literacy event at our after school programs
• Your sponsorship will help provide free children’s books to 250 after school students

 

STORYBOOK SUPPORTER - $5,000. All the benefits of Book Buddy PLUS:

• Prominent hyperlinked company logo and company blurb on NIA's website as a valued sponsor through June 2023
• Dedicated social media post thanking your company for your commitment to schools and communities 
• The opportunity to share a promotional material of your choice with 500 families 
• Bookmarks with your company logo and acknowledgement from NIA placed in 500 books given away during a literacy event at our after school programs
• Your sponsorship will help provide free children’s books to 500 after school students

 

LITERACY LEADER - $10,000. All the benefits of Storybook Supporter PLUS:

• Bookmarks with your company logo and acknowledgment from NIA placed in 1,000 books given away during literacy events at NIA after school programs
• Each book given away will be stamped on the inside cover, acknowledging this book is a gift from [your logo] 
• Tabling opportunity at an NIA family literacy event
• Your sponsorship will help provide free children’s books to 1,000 students
• Your sponsorship will help establish an after-school library or reading room in a New York City public school and a sign acknowledging your sponsorship will be placed with the book collection
