- 2 Hour Minimum: 3 Bridges will bill for a 2 hour-minimum on all onsite & VRI requests. This is an industry standard and required by all interpreters. The request will be billed 1 hour of interpreting + 1 additional hour for travel/admin. After the first hour, services are billed in 15 minute increments. All interpreting requests are scheduled in Central Standard Time.

Cancellation: Any assignment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the entire block of time requested per interpreter or the minimum 2 hours, whichever is greater in length of time. Cancellations must be made M-F during normal business hours with at least 24 hours notice. This is industry standard.

Team Interpreters: Assignments “on the record” are required to have a team of two court certified BEI or RID ASL interpreters. Some situations may not require a team of interpreters, these situations can be discussed at the time of booking in order to produce the best interpreting solution in line with state laws regarding the use of ASL interpreters.
- Billing: You will receive an emailed invoice shortly after completion of the assignment. Invoices will be sent to the email contact you listed on the billing information form when agreeing to our rates & policies. We accept credit card, check by mail or ACH bank transfers. Payment is due on receipt. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be charged a late fee of $50 or 10% of the total balance (whichever is greater) every 30 days late. We hate late fees, please pay as agreed upon.
