By signing and submitting this application, you:
1. Acknowledge that the Fall Bazaar is hosted by Trinity United Methodist Church.
2. Agree to abide by all the rules of Trinity United Methodist Church, where the event will take place.
3.Understand that set-up will be on Friday, November 4th from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm and break down, or packing up of merchandise, will not occur before 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 5th.
4.Agree to pre-pay for your space/table and that NO REFUNDS will be granted AFTER OCTOBER 29th.
5. Understand that your application is not considered complete until you have been notified that your application and check have been received.
6. Understand that Trinity United Methodist Church Fountain Inn is not responsible for accidents, loss of property, or damage to merchandise.
