  • Vendor Participation Information

    Guidelines and Set up information for all Vendors o This year the number of vendors will be limited. The deadline to submit applications will be September 3, 2022. o Vendors will be located on the Church grounds. To accommodate social distancing guidelines, vendors are asked to bring your own tent (no larger than 10x10). If you don’t have a tent, please let us know when completing the application so we can make provisions. Vendors may unload their vehicles near the exhibit area but parking will not be allowed in this area. There will be designated parking. o Vending Booths will be in operation from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and be contained within the space provided unless special arrangements are requested. o Vendors are asked to check in at the Festival Registration Table for Booth location no later than 9:00 a.m. to set up. o We will kindly accept monetary donations from vendors to help with our community outreach efforts. However, in lieu of a fee, we do ask vendors to help us bless the community school children by providing at a minimum 2 backpacks and additional school supplies if you like. Criteria for selection of vendors will include: o Appropriateness for the goals of the event o Ability to adhere to Fairfax County Code of Ethics o Variety of items, and minimal or no duplication of items. o Reasonably priced and sized items compared to others submitted.
