REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL CONTRACT:
I am submitting the registration form along with a registration fee of $175.00 that I will pay via Quickbooks online to the email listed above. I understand that this is a non-refundable fee. I also understand that I am committing to a 10 or 12 month program where the tuition must be paid by the first of each month. For fall registrants - tuition must be paid by July 1st in order to hold a place for my child to begin in September.
