    Business Hours:

    Mon-Fri: 9a -7p for order submissions, inquiries, and deliveries.

    Saturday: 9a -1p for order submissions, inquiries, and deliveries.

    Sunday: Closed Order submissions and inquiries will be responded to on Monday.

    Ordering Timeframes:

    • Dates are booked and closed off based on deposits received. The earlier you order, the better (up to 60 days in advance).
      • Standard orders must be placed 2 business days (excludes Saturdays after 1pm and all day Sunday) in advance to avoid rush fees.

    Rush Fee:

    • A rush fee will be added to all ​orders that are accepted, but not placed with proper notice. The rush fee amount will be disclosed at the time the order is accepted. Immediate payment may be required on rush orders.

    Deposits:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required the same day the order is submitted. If you are unable to fulfill the deposit today, please submit your order when you are able to fulfill the deposit. You will be contacted when your order is submitted.
      • An invoice will be emailed to the customer to be paid with a credit or debit card.

    Cancellations:

    • In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their order, 100% of the deposit will be considered forfeited and is not valid towards another date. Additionally, after the deposit is paid, no changes of any kind, including but not limited to date changes, inclement weather/pandemics, or order details, are permitted.
      • All sales are FINAL

    Remaining Balances:

    • All remaining balances must be paid via Cash, Venmo, CashApp, or invoice at the time of delivery. Invoices will have a $5.00 convenience fee added to the total. Cash is preferred.
      • No other payment methods are accepted for remaining balances.

    Delivery:

    • Delivery location will be disclosed 48 hours prior to pick-up. If you’d like us to deliver to a person or business for you, delivery charges are $10.

    Variations/Substitutions:

    • No substitutions are available.
    • Vegan and Gluten free options available upon request.
    • Allergies: If a guest has a food allergy, we can replace that item with one that is already included on the board.

    Product Freshness:

    • The refrigerated life of your board is 5 days if well covered by plastic wrap.
