  • Cat Depot offers a variety of safety net programs for cat owners in the community with limited resources or who have fallen on hard times.

    Documentation

Some programs, including our community food bank and veterinary assistance discount SHARE program require proof of income or government assistance in order to qualify. You may be contacted to provide copies of these documents* or you may upload them below. All documents are confidential and no copies of your financial information will kept by Cat Depot.

If you are not currently receiving government assistance, we may still be able to help with discounted veterinary care for low-income households or with alternative payment arrangements. Please speak to a Cat Depot Safety Net representative for assistance with qualifying.

Please be aware that Cat Depot is accepting a limited number of new veterinary clinic patients due to high demand for services. While Cat Depot is committed to providing support whenever possible, resources are currently available on a case-by-case basis, and we may not be able to provide veterinary care to your pet at this time.

*You will need to provide photo identification and proof of income and/or need verified with current enrollment documents/statement from one or more of the following programs: Medicaid, SSI, TANF, SNAP or WIC, EITC, Housing Assistant, Social Security Benefits or Disability, or Unemployment.
