2022-23 Faith Formation Registration

Elementary Sunday Religious Education
The Sunday Religious Education program is for Pre-K through 5th grade. Classes are in the school from 9 to 10:30am on Sundays beginning Sunday, September 18. Please complete one form per elementary school child. Once submitted, other forms will be linked for HS and MS ages as well as this form if you have multiple children.

If your child (children) are in the 2nd and 3rd grade, please also fill out the Sacramental Preperation Registration at this link click for link to forms.

Upon receipt of the registration, we will forward you the links to the appropriate permission forms. We will also send payment information at that time.
