Permission is granted to the above named persons for sale under the following conditions:
1. One sign not to exceed 24” X 35”, limited in height to 48” which may be
placed in front of residence.
2. Three additional signs not to exceed 18” X 24” to be placed in other locations.
3. Sign-up sheet, if used, to be posted prior afternoon.
4. All articles offered for sale must be owner’s personal property but small
articles (no furniture or appliances) belonging to immediate family members or
neighbors may be included.
5. The applicant is required to monitor and maintain parking to allow free access
for emergency vehicles
