The HUE Marketplace is a pop-up Marketplace for Creators & Entrepreneurs in Austin,TX carefully curated by Herbal Unlimited Essentials.
Application Process
All applications are considered. Vendor selection is based on originality, product selection, booth presentation and event compatibility.
Once your application is received, our team will review it and make a decision based on many supporting factors.
Applicants will receive an email back with the status of their application.
Accepted applicants will receive an email containing the event details.
Space Sizes + Fees
Space Size
Every market is unique. Space sizes and placement vary based on location and are either 6ft table or 10x10 tent space. *see "Market Location Details"
Market Fees
Fees are $45-$60 depending on venue and type of event. Spaces are limited and granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Payment Expectations
Your payment will be expected within 24 hours of invoice. You will receive ONE Courtesy reminder. Late invoices will be cancelled and we will move on to the next vendor on the waiting list. Your invoice payment confirms your space at the event.

VENDOR AGREEMENTS (please check each note after reading)

All vendors are required to bring and set-up their own tables and/ tent
All vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean, and properly disposing of all their garbage.
Each artisan assumes responsibility for state and federal tax & sales mandated certifications and registrations. The HUE Marketplace or Herbal Unlimited Essentials will not be held liable for individual artisans business related certifications.
Any licensing agreements are the responsibility of the vendor.
HUE will not be responsible for any damage or loss to merchandise, personal injury, or theft.
Any merchandise that HUE deems inappropriate or offensive will be asked to be removed.
We will always do our best to announce Emergency or Inclement weather cancellations by 9AM, the day of the event via email. We will NOT offer weather-related cancellations, refunds or credits.
Vendor initiated cancellations will not be refunded. Transfers or credits will only be granted for cancellations made by the host.
