• Rescheduling Your Course Dates

    It sounds like you're thinking about rescheduling your course dates! You're expected to attend the course dates that you're currently enrolled in, but in the case of an emergency, you can reschedule your course dates up to two times. Please note that there is a fee to change your course dates as per our course terms and conditions. We are not able to waive these reschedule fees.   • Course Times

    It sounds like you have a question about your course times! We email you the exact course times approximately 3 weeks prior to your course dates. In the meantime, if your course is face to face, please allow roughly 8am-6pm each day for your course. If your course is via Zoom, please allow roughly 9am-5pm (Brisbane, Australia time).

    When it comes to breaks during the course, we're not able to advise exactly when the lunch breaks will be. Whilst every course will cover the same content, the Course Facilitator will schedule breaks around the group and how they are moving through the content.

  • Waiting on Certificate

    It sounds like you haven't yet received your certificate. There are a couple of reasons why this may the case. 

    1. We may not have received all of your online multiple choice exams. You will have received a copy of these exams to the email address you type in. Double check that you have completed ALL required pre AND post course exams.

    2. If you're enrolled in the Matwork or Matwork Programming and Progessions Courses, we may not have received your Self Mastery Log or your Observation Log - ensure that you have emailed these to exams@studiopilates.com

    3. If you have completed all of the above, please allow 2 weeks to receive your digital certificate.

  • I Haven't Received My Hard Copy Manual

    It sounds like you're waiting on your hard copy manual! If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, you receive a free hard copy manual with your course enrolment. 

    Step 1. Have you tracked the manual using your email tracking details?

    Your hard copy manual will be posted through Australia Post and you will have received an email with a unique tracking number to track your manual on its way to you. Before contacting us, please ensure that you have first checked your tracking number to see where your manual is on its way to you.

    Step 2. Expected post times

    Occassionally, Australia Post experiences delays with post delivery times. If you are in Australia, you should receive your manual within 2 weeks of your enrolment date. If you are in New Zealand, you should receive your manual within 4 weeks of your enrolment date. 

    If it has been longer than this and you have already looked up your tracking number, please continue to contact us by filling out the form below. In the message below, please include your postal address so we can cross referrence this with our records.

    Note: remember that you can access a digital copy of your course manual through your MyPortal while you wait for the free hard copy to arrive!
