    • Grommet Gurus

Grommet Gurus involves pairing experienced lifesavers (i.e. more than two seasons of patrol experience) with new lifesavers. The program aims to support young lifesavers as they begin their patrolling journey. Mentors will provide tips and tricks for a small group of new lifesavers and ensure that they are being included in patrol activities. The direct mentoring program lasts for two patrol days, with the hope that new lifesavers are able to transition smoothly into their patrol group and are always supported by their group beyond the conclusion of the program.
