The form below is to be completed by the school board contact person identified on the initial 'School Board Registration Form.'

The deadline to complete this form is April 1st, 2026, by 5 pm.

The 2026 Provincial Concours d'art oratoire registration fee is $75 per student finalist. Please note, the maximum number per grade grouping (9-10 & 11-12) and per category (Core, Extended, FI, Francophone) is one student per 50,000 students enrolled in your board.

Parents of student finalists have until April 1st, by 11:59 pm to register their child to participate in the Concours provincial competition by completing this form: https://form.jotform.com/222285442072249
1. General Information

The provincial Concours d'art oratoire will take place on Saturday May 2nd, 2026, at Glendon Campus, York University, Toronto.

For students in Grade 11 and 12 only, a copy of the High School Transcript and the Student Record of Accumulated Hours of Instruction in FSL must be provided to CPF Ontario for each student. Please upload the two documents in this form.

2. Excel Sheet for all Participants

Please submit an Excel spreadsheet with the following information for each student: 1- Name of each student (first and last name) 2- Students' Grade 3- Division (Traditional or Impromptu) 4- Category (Core-Extended-Immersion-Francophone) 5- Title of the speech (Traditional Division only), must be in French and limited to 45 characters.
