Lead2Change is a career-readiness organization that will engage you in leadership opportunities and equip you with essential tools to be successful in college, your career, and the community. After experiencing our programs, you will enter the post-secondary world confident and clear about your career interests and your position in the ever-evolving workforce. As a part of Dream.Explore.Build., you will receive:
- Professional, cultural, and social experiences that help prepare you for the workforce;
- Weekly class instruction taught by experienced professionals;
- 300 hours of educational training, using a research-based curriculum and interactive workshops;
- A professional resume;
- Monthly coaching sessions with an assigned Career Advancement Coach;
- A career-focused summer internship or trial job experience.
Our goal is for you to live your life by design and not by default in your desired career after being exposed to engaging workshops and a career-focused internship!

APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Please give yourself 30 minutes to complete this application.
2. You will need information from your parent/guardian, such as contact information, household income, and the financial assistance your household receives.
3. Once you submit your application, you will be brought to a page where you can schedule your interview. Please schedule your interview directly after completing your application by following the directions on that page.
4. Dream.Explore.Build. is open to high school juniors and seniors, with a variety of career plans after high school.
5. If selected, you must attend the commitment ceremony to be enrolled in Dream.Explore.Build. Details are sent upon acceptance.
We will discuss the program year schedule details at the Parent Meeting in October. Classes will begin the week of October 09, 2022
