ADDITIONAL SERVICE UPDATES
- Billing is due on the 30th of every month for the upcoming month.
- Rates are in effect for all new applications. Rates may in January of each year.
- Teacher and NYC First Responder discounts are applied quarterly. You must submit proof of employment.
- Sibling discount are applied when both students are enrolled and attending The Aster Initiative Afterschool.
- Pick up max capacity is 6 students per day. (Within 1 Mile. Walking Distance)
- Drop off max capacity is 6 students per day.(Within 1 Mile. Walking Distance)
- A maximum of 1 late pick up without notice is allowed per month. After that service will be discontinued without refund for 1 month.
- Late payment fees are applied after the 1st day payment is following the 1st of the month.
- Medical records will be required to be on file with us annually. Immunizations must be up to date.
