Fall Festival Trade Day Application
  • Grit & Grace Trade Days

    Fill out the form below to participate in our October 28-29th Trade Days Event. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Please attach at least 3 pictures of your products. Times of shows will be 10:00-7:00 Friday & 10:00-4:00 Saturday. You are expected to stay the entire duration and will be responsible for having someone at your booth at all times. You will be responsible for collecting your own sales unless you have made arrangements with me prior. Grit & Grace can process your sales and pay sales tax for you for a 10% charge. Otherwise, Lincoln Parish Sales Tax Office will be provided with your contact information so they may collect sales tax from you personally, so be sure to keep records of your sales. Booth spaces are 10x10 at a rate of $65 for Saturday ONLY and $110 for Friday & Saturday. If you choose to attend on Friday, please note that from 5:00-7:00 we will be hosting our Fall Festival. This brings in ALOT of foot traffic, the children will be Trick-R-Treating, so we ask that you do have candy available to pass out. Also, we will not have security for anything left overnight Friday, though we do not expect to have any issues. We have left product out overnight before for Trade Days with no issues (we just put tent walls up). This will be at your own discretion!! You are responsible for bringing any supplies needed (tables/chairs/tent/extension cords/etc). If you need access to power, it is an additional $10 (LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE). Booth rent is non-refundable and non-transferrable as we have limited space. We do not refund fees on account of the weather. The only condition in which we will transfer booth rent to a future show is if we cancel the Trade Days. Booth rent MUST be paid in advance to reserve your spot. Booths will be voted upon, and the winner will receive FREE BOOTH RENT at our next Trade Days!!
