  • Telehealth

    A telehealth video consult can be arranged with our veterinarian virtually, in the comforts in your own home, Please note - due to Washington State laws, an in-person exam on your pet within 1 year is required to diagnose and for prescription medications.
  • Pricing

    A full mobile concierge in-home exam and consultation is $150, and associated travel fee is $98-125 (subject to change and travel fees will be dependent on zip code/location). The in person appointment is an 1 hour to establish care, and to fully assess your pet. An estimate will be made for further treatments, testing, and medication based on our recommendations after the consult. If you are a new client, a deposit of the initial exam/travel fee is required to secure your appointment and a payment online link will be sent to you after we confirm your appointment. As we are a mobile service, please reschedule or cancel within 24 hours so we can arrange schedules accordingly. *Please note that you will be only charged one travel fee if you have multiple pets.
  • In home senior hospice and end of life care, euthanasia services

    We are primarily a home hospice and end of life care mobile vet. We provide an in-home euthanasia to allow your pet to pass peacefully at home. Please inquire about pricing, based on your pet's weight and your location. We do offer care of remains with individual cremation (ashes returned), and group cremation options. We will be honored to assist in your pet's peaceful transition if you need us - we are here for you. Dr. Hoang will personally hand delivery your pets ashes home after private cremation (unlike other services where you may need to pick up at a postal office or another vet hospital).

    PAWSIFIC NW Mobile Vet is an in-home mobile senior wellness and hospice & palliative care, end of life & home euthanasia, and minor urgent care concierge vet.  We primarily service the Federal Way and south Sound regions - including north Tacoma, Dash Point, Des Moines, Milton, Auburn, Des Moines, with some exceptions subject to availability.  We are an independently owned and operated small business, and our doctor is passionate about your pet's care.  Dr. Hoang has over 20 years in the field, and 12 years of experience as a compassionate veterinarian with expertise in general internal medicine, surgery/dentistry, urgent care and emergency in the Pacific NW region.  She founded PAWSIFIC NW Mobile Vet in late 2023 for her patients.  I am passionate about providing high-quality, specific medicine to my patients with an aim to ensure that pet parents get the best, most thorough information to be involved in your pet's care.   • PAWSIFIC NW Mobile Vet requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination.  An estimate will be provided for treatments, services and medications before they are performed.

    Payment Options:
    You can choose from: Zelle/ACH transfer, Check, Credit Cards
    Pawsific NW Mobile Vet charges $40.00 for returned checks.  There may be a nominal processing fee for credit card payments.

    Additional Policy Information:
    For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.

    Cancellation Policy:
    We ask that our clients give us 24 hour notice if they will be unable to keep their appointment. We understand that there are times when 24 hour notice is not possible. 

    New Client Appointment:
    · We require a deposit equal to the exam & travel fee to hold the appointment. 
    · Since we are a fully mobile practice, we appreciate your cooperation to deterimine our travel route and scheduling.

    · This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
    · If the appointment is rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time.
