Fill out the form to submit your artwork. Maximum of 4 paintings are allowed. The total image area of the painting must not exceed 36 square inches (i.e. 4 x 6, 5 x 7, 6 x 6. Frame width cannot be overpowering the image, restricted to1.5" or narrower. Frame internal dimensions (if matted) not to exceed 80square inches (i.e. 8 x 10.)

Artist Co-operative of Reno (ACR) commission, delivery, awards, and reception: 35% is standard non-ACR-member commission. Important dates: Online entries must be completed by September 23 at Latimercartclub.com. The fee is $40 for up to 4 entries. Delivery to the Artists Co-operative Gallery of Reno by 3 PM on September 29th. (Judging takes place on 9-30!) Between 9-23 and 10-1, our volunteers will be working on the catalog and labels.) Liability: No insurance is provided by LAC or ACR, although every care will be taken to ensure your artwork is secure. LAC nor ACR and their representatives will not be responsible for any loss or damage to submitted artwork. I hereby release the Latimer Art Club from all liability in the event of theft or damage to the artwork I am entering in this show. I have read and understand the rules of this prospectus.
