PLEASE:

-Pick-up/declutter prior to my arrival (trash, clothes, toys, etc.)

*I understand life happens and sometimes you forget or don't have time. Send me a message and let me know so I can prepare for the extra time.

Any time picking-up/decluttering over an hour will be $20/hr added to final total unless discussed ahead of time and added to package.

-Give me a 24 hour notice for cancelation. There will be a $35.00 cancelation fee without a 24 hour notice. I will not schedule your next cleaning until this fee is paid.

-Reply to the confirmation text you will recieve prior to your cleaning. If I do not recieve the confirmation reply I will cancel your scheduled cleaning and the cancelation fee will apply.
