PROGRAM

One of the strategic aims of Swim Ontario is to enhance the development of Performance Coaches in Ontario. The Swim Ontario Next Gen Performance Coaching Mentorship Program will be a professional development opportunity for mentoring Performance Coaches in Ontario towards a consistent and reliable contribution to the Junior and Senior National teams.

DESCRIPTION

Based on an application and review process, Swim Ontario will identify a select group of up to 16 coaches born 1988 and later for the 2025-2026 season. This group of coaches will be mentored by Olympic and Paralympic level coaches through a series of virtual and in person activities and events beginning in September 2025.
