  • Fundraising within district schools shall be kept at a level whereby it does not intrude upon the district's instructional program or upon the time of students, staff, and administrators. Compulsory participation by students or district employees in fundraising activities is prohibited. Student safety and welfare should remain a top priority in fundraising activities. No door-to-door soliciting is permitted.
