ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. No part of this arrangement period may be reproduced, transmitted or shared. All content created for the client is the client’s intellectual property. While every attempt has been made to verify the information provided, M&B Global Solutions Inc. does not assume any responsibility for errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

As part of this agreement, both parties agree to enter into a non-disclosure agreement for protection of the intellectual property of the client and M&B Global Solutions Inc, unless specific written permission is obtained. This is to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information (“Confidential Information”).

For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” shall include all intellectual property and information that has been shared between the client and M&B Global Solutions Inc. for the purpose of this project.

GUARANTEE

If at any time you are unhappy with the services we provide, M&B Global Solutions Inc. will refund your investment for services not rendered. 3 rounds of revisions are included at no charge.

The information I provided is accurate and clear. Any changes beyond this point may incur an additional charge.
