At VacaXscapes Travels the charge of a $50 non-refundable professional services fee* will be needed before services are rendered to all clients. This fee will include finding and recommending the best properties and vacation spots for you, informing you of the ever-changing rules and regulations of travel, and destination entry requirements, along with updates and promotions of airlines, resorts, or cruise operators. While we know that anyone can book their own vacation online, our professional service fee is to let you know that we are here to help you with any issues that may arise to make sure your vacation is all you want it to be. If you agree to these terms we will move forward. Prior to services rendered, I will send you a credit card authorization form for my professional service fee, or the fee can be sent through Paypal**. Once the payment is received, I will have a quote for you within 48-72 hrs.
