*We can only accept items for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Have the part(s) been fitted?

*Any items that have been fitted, even if not used cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case please complete a warranty claim form instead.

Is the packaging including boxes and any bags or packets in good, clean condition?

*We can only accept unwanted items for return if they are as new, unused and the boxes or packaging is clean and not torn or ripped. Please do not write on boxes, do not stick gaffer tape or other tape on boxes.

Do you understand and agree that we may deduct or charge you any delivery costs we have incurred and a restocking fee of up to 15% of the net price of the item(s)?
