Owners HO6 Policy & High Risk Toilet Survey
An HO6 insurance policy is obtained by condominium owners to pay for the Sonoma Villero Association's master insurance deductible of $25,000 and for other important owner protections. REMINDER: IF you do not carry an HO6 policy to cover the deductible and there is a leak in your unit, YOU are responsible to reimburse the association up to $25,000 for remediation and repairs. Pet Care Instructions
In the event of an ACTIVE fire or water leak, the association may need to access your unit on short notice to limit the amount of damage and to protect the association's insurance. We will always attempt to contact you before entering the unit. However, in case you are unable to be present or are unreachable, please provide pet care instructions below so that we can do everything possible to protect your pet, to make it feel safe and secure, and to protect us when we enter. Remember, we will never enter on short notice if it is not an ACTIVE emergency.

Owner Electronic Notice Authorization
It is recommended to authorize Email delivery of all formal Sonoma Villero Owners Association communication. This saves the association significant mailing costs and provides a more efficient delivery of information. Our goal is 100% participation! You may revoke this authorization at any time by emailing sonomavillero@sonomavillerocondos.com. We appreciate your participation.

Unit Access Method
In the event of an ACTIVE fire or water leak, the association may need to access your unit on short notice to limit the amount of damage and to protect the association's insurance. We will always attempt to contact you before entering the unit. Per the Association's CCRs, all residents are required to provide management with a key or other form of access to their units for emergency purposes. Remember, we will never enter on short notice if it is not an ACTIVE emergency.
