YES Work Site Application

The Toledo Youth Elect Service Project has been helping families and organizations throughout the greater Toledo area since 1985. Teenagers, led by adults, perform service during the day and return to a host parish each evening for retreat activities.

Toledo YES Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on donations and volunteers to ensure the Project’s success. These donations help offset the costs associated with the Project so that the homeowner/organization does not need to pay money for our help!

If you, or someone you know, would like to be considered for a work site for this year’s Project, please fill out this application by June 1.

We take between 12-15 families/ non-profits each year. To ensure your consideration, please return this form as soon as possible.

Please Note:

Only private homeowners (non-rental properties) and non-profit organizations are eligible for selection as Toledo YES Project work sites.
The completion and submittal of this Application and Referral Form does not guarantee that the applicant will be selected as a Toledo YES Project work site. Potential work sites must be evaluated by eligible Sites and Supplies Committee Members.
