I release Spotlight Studio of Dance, Inc., its directors, employees, and instructors from any and all claims of liabilility arising from any accident, contagion, personal injury or property loss, or damage, sustained by my child, myself, and family while particpating in any and all acitivities connected to Spotlight Studio of Dance, Inc.

If Spotlight Studio of Dance, Inc. should need any legal action (including arbitration) to interpret and/or enforce the terms and conditions of this agreement, Spotlight Studio of Dance, Inc. shall be entitled to costs and reasonable attorney's fees upon prevailing.
