Equipment Reservation

Please complete the following form to reserve any of the following items for your student organization's event:

Lawn Games
Popcorn Machine
Tarps
Cricut
Prize Wheel

Equipment can only be reserved for the day of your event. Equipment can be picked up at the OSILD Desk or with the Student Manager after 4:30pm or on weekends.

Equipment availability is first come, first served.

The rental of the above equipment does not include the following:

Prizes for bingo
Popcorn (must be ordered through Chartwells)
Bags/boxes for popcorn
Paper/vinyl for Cricut

Damage to Rented Items

In the event that the rented equipment becomes damaged during your rental period, your student organization will be responsible for replacement costs.

Estimated replacement costs:

Bingo Set: $50
Lawn Games: $50-$150
Popcorn Machine: $600
Cricut: $300
Prize Wheel: $50

If you receive an item that is damaged, please let an OSILD staff member or Student Manager know as soon as possible.
