Preparing for your tattoo:

Eat and Sleep Well: Ensure you get a good night's sleep before your appointment. On the day of the tattoo, eat a healthy meal to help maintain your energy levels and reduce the risk of feeling faint or dizzy during the process.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your tattoo appointment. Hydration can help your skin stay supple and may make the process more comfortable.

Avoid Alcohol and Drugs: Refrain from consuming alcohol or taking drugs (unless prescribed by a doctor) before getting a tattoo. These substances can thin your blood, making you bleed more during the process and potentially affecting the quality of the tattoo.

Dress Appropriately: Wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area you want to get tattooed. This will make it easier for the artist to work and for you to heal afterward.
