  • Usage of SABA Kitchen

    SABA Kitchen can be used for cooking, by SABA designated certified kitchen chefs, only for a program at SABA. Due to liability issues, SABA DOES NOT ALLOW outside Chefs/Caterers or community members to use SABA kitchen to cook food for a program at SABA, or to cater food to another location (e.g. private events, parties, weddings or similar events).

    • Compensate SABA for using the kitchen according to my usage
    • Clean all the pots, pans, and everything else I used
    • Clean all the surfaces, tables, floor, sinks and etc.
    • Take out all the trash that I produced and dump it in the dumpster
    • Relieve SABA of all liability in case of a mishap/accident.

                  • Please find the Terms and Conditions below for renting SABA facilities for personal, group or corporate use:

                    • In case there are concurrent events in different parts of SABA, each group should respect the privacy of the other.
                    • SABA is a place of worship, therefore gender separation must be maintained at all times.
                    • All individuals must observe Hijab at all times.
                    • Shoes are only allowed on non carpeted areas .
                    • No music or dancing of any form is allowed at any part of SABA.
                    • No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the premises.
                    • Children should stay in close proximity to their parents at all times.
                    • SABA is not liable for any accidents or damage to any person or property.
                    • Party renting the space shall indemnify SABA against any liability claims made by participants of their event.
                    • Activities considered unlawful by City, County, State or Federal government are not permissible.
                    • Communication, messages and view, written or spoken, provided at the event CAN NOT be attributed to SABA.

                    In case where the event organizers are bringing furniture to SABA and / or are moving and redecorating the existing SABA furniture, please bring manpower and reset the hall to original setup. Failure to clean and reset the hall will result in additional 15% charge.

                    SABA Caretaker is not responsible for providing any service for private events.
