Reservation Process
1. Complete and submit this online reservation request form. Be sure your email address is correct!
2. Please submit all requests at least two weeks before your desired field trip date.
3. Requester will receive TWO emails. First, an email confirming that your request has been received. Second, an email either APPROVING your request or denying the request.
4. Once you receive the email APPROVING your request, submit the TCSS online field trip request form and follow your school system policies for field trips.
5. Please use the “Outdoor Education Center Parent Permission Slip” for each student (see link on Outdoor Education Center website).
Please note that there is a fee to help replenish what you use in the program kits and using camp. Cost is $3.00 per person.
Cancellation Process
Should you need to cancel a reservation after one has been approved, please contact the Scout office by phone (205-554-1680) or by emailing justin.hayes@scouting.org
