Hello Colony Neighbor! You are eligible to rent the clubhouse for an event if your dues are up to date. Fill out request below and submit. We will contact you to confirm if date is available. If it is, you will need to make a $50 deposit by check to Colony HOA two weeks prior to event. We will contact you where to drop off reservation check. After event, if areas used are in good condition, your $50 check will be shredded. Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the clubhouse or on the grounds.
Photos and instructions are posted on refrigerator for before and after event. Only use Command Strips or Command hooks if hanging anything on painted surfaces to avoid damage to paint. Please carefully remove all items before you leave. Please clean all areas used. Broom and mop are provided. Please only use water and no cleaning solutions when you mop. Take all trash from bathrooms and event area with you to your home.
Grills and outdoor cooking are not allowed at clubhouse. If you are using back lawn, do not use inflatable water slide jumpers as they tear up the lawn. Regular inflatable jumpers are fine. We ask that all events end no later than 9:00 pm to allow for cars to vacate parking lot by 10:00 pm to be thoughtful of residents with houses close to clubhouse.
