Basic Home cleaning includes : Simple tidying, Dusting surfaces, clean countertops and kitchen/ appliance surfaces, clean sinks, mirrors, tub/shower wipe down, toilet, sweep/vacuum and mop floors.Trash removed and placed in the appropriate container if accessible. Please allow 1.5-3 hours for basic.
Deep Clean Includes: Dust surfaces and shelving, ceiling fans, wipe doors and edges, baseboards, all windows, cabinet exteriors, spot clean walls, sanitize countertops and kitchen surfaces, appliance exteriors and under if accessible, clean and sanitize tub/shower, clean toilets, clean tile/grout, bedsheet change (if sheets provided), vents wiped/ vacummed (if accessible), door knobs sanatized, floors vacuum/sweep and mop. Please allow a MINIMUM of 3 hours for a small size deep clean, most take 4-6 hours.
Move in/out includes all deep clean services, inside of appliances, cleaning inside and outside of all empty cabinets/shelves, light switches, other specified areas depending on the space, basic porch clean and trash removal if container available
General office cleaning includes: surface wiping and dusting, door knob/handrail/handle sanitize, empty trash and recycling bins (providing you have containers) dust computers and keyboards, vacuum/sweep floors, basic tidying of common spaces, clean entryway doors
We provide all cleaning products. We only use eco-friendly, non toxic products in all of our services. Our disinfectant is EPA approved to be used against the Cornovirus when used as directed. Prices may vary depending on size of space and individual needs. If any price changes occur, they will be discussed before service is provided.
